4 Ingredient Potato Bake


  • 5-6 potatoes, sliced into 2 mm slices
  • 1 x 400 g tin Campbell’s condensed soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup grated tasty or mozzarella cheese



1. Place potatoes in bottom of greased casserole dish.

2. Combine milk and soup and pour over potatoes.

3. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 190°C for 40 minutes.



I use cream of chicken, celery as well as mushroom soup.

A dish this size would serve 2 people over 2 nights as a side.
